Through this Website, it is not possible to conclude a service agreement, which means that advertisements, price lists, catalogs, and other information about services available on the Website should not be regarded as an offer, but merely as an invitation to enter into a contract.
A contract may be concluded following an inquiry addressed to the Owner and after both parties agree on its specific terms. The blog is available free of charge to all Website visitors without the need to provide any personal data or perform any additional actions. Within the blog, the Owner publishes articles related to the subject matter of the Website.
Visitors may stop using the blog at any time and without providing a reason by closing their web browser.
Using the contact form is possible after completing three consecutive steps:
Navigate to the “Free Consultation” section.
Fill out the contact form with the required information.
Click the “SEND FORM” button.
The contact form requires the user to provide:

subject of the message, and
the message content.
The contact form service is provided free of charge, is one-time in nature, and ends when the message is sent through the form or when the user stops composing the message before sending it.
In order to fulfill its informational obligations, the Owner informs that, pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of concluding the contract.
Notwithstanding the above, the Owner informs that no contracts are concluded with consumers through www.finansowynieporadnik.pl that would require consumers to perform any obligations other than providing personal data processed by the company solely for the purpose of executing an agreement (e.g., using the contact form) or fulfilling a statutory obligation.
Consumers may discontinue the use of the Website and its electronic services at any time and at no cost. To exercise the right of withdrawal from a contract, the user must inform the Owner of their decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act.
The above provisions concerning consumers also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, if the circumstances indicate that the contract is not of a professional nature for that person — in particular, when this is evident from the scope of their business activity listed in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).
